ОтветHi Alex, I have found two pictures for our project on ways of exercising. I think they illustrate two different approaches to staying active. In the first picture, a person is running alone in a park. In the second picture, a group of people are playing basketball in a sports hall. The main difference is that running is an individual activity here, whereas basketball is a team sport. Another difference is that the runner is outdoors while the players are indoors. Running alone allows you to choose your own pace and schedule. However, it can be difficult to stay motivated without other people. Basketball gives players a chance to communicate and support one another. On the other hand, they have to agree on a time and find enough participants. Both activities can improve fitness, but they suit different preferences. Personally, I would choose basketball because I enjoy working towards a shared goal. Playing with friends also makes exercise feel more enjoyable to me. Let me know what you think of these pictures.
